WR400 Jetting Questions

1 post in this topic

Okay I havent decided yet what to do so I thought I would bounce around a few ideas.

The problem is although I love the way my WR400 runs uncorked its just simply too noisey for my neighbors so..............

With the factory baffle installed can I just put back the OE jet and be okay (I'm thinking that triming the throttle stop screw causes problems here?)?

If I install an aftermarket baffle should I by a jet kit and expierement or will the aftermarket baffle give instructions?

Of course I'm talking about main jets here, I guess I'm forgetting about needle positions and other jets. Any input is geatly appreciated, TIA
