Oil weaping from clutch lifter arm?

4 posts in this topic

At first I thought it was coming from the countersprocket seal, so I replaced it. Today I went for a ride and the oil leak was back. Taking a closer look it looks like it's coming out of the clutch lifter arm. Does anyone know how to change the oil seal here? Does it require pulling the whole clutch or is it more simple?

Thanks, Dan

Pretty sure it pops in. You have to pull the clutch cover and take off the pressure plate, this will relieve the tension holding the rod that pushes into the clutch arm. The arm will pull right out.
