JD Jetting Instructions pdf - 05 wr450

4 posts in this topic

Does anyone have a pdf (or scanned) copy of JD jetting instructions for a 05 wr450?

To make a long story short, my bike was stolen so I threw out a lot of my stock stuff and my JD instructions / box.

I got my bike back and now I ride in higher altitude locations 8-10K feet and my bike is backfiring and not as responsive as before (was riding usualy at 2-4K feet).

I tried contacting JDJetting@comcast.net a week ago but haven't heard back and I need to get this dialed in before I go out again.

Thanks, Bob

Thanks for passing this along. I also fould the original thread. Do you know if these settings are the same as what JD recommends?

Now i'll take a look at my carb as I forgot what I originally changed. Looks like I should also remove the smog pump as well.

Thanks again!
