Will it really make that much difference?

i was lookin at valve springs for my 89 XR600R will they really make that much of a difference when im running a 11:1 wiseco piston, and hot cam let me know what you guys think, cause if i order them i have to wait yet another week to ride the bike if i run the stock ones i can put it togethor now.

anyone?

Patience Grasshopper. Wait for the springs.

That way, you'll know it was all done right and will have no after thoughts.

yeah but i want to ride so damn bad, but i would feel weird about having stock parts in my engine

hehe! I know the feeling. But getting the springs is cool, just another week.

It'll be worth the feeling you'll have riding it, set up right.

Wait for the new springs, the old ones are most probably sacked out from heat anyway. R&D or Kibblewhite springs are superior to the OEMs.

well i dont have to wait a week if i get the R&D springs with a .37 lift instead of a .480 lift
