Does anyone know the size....

Does anyone know the size of the nut that holds the front drive sprocket on?

I'm planning to replace the stock 14 T and know I don't have a metric socket that large.

Thanks

Does removal of the sprocket require a puller or will it come off fairly easy once the nut is removed?

No puller required, it's a standard splined sprocket. Nut is torqued to 54 ft lb. Nut is 27mm, same size as rear axle.

The nut is very tight (about 30Nm), so you'll need a fellow sitting on your bike and pulling both brakes otherwise the rear wheel will just slide over the floor
