Stock Weight

Recommended Posts

Well, my bike weighs 320 with a full tank of gas (IMS 4.7 that actually holds 5+). I know I had my mirror on and disk lock attached to my bars. I can't remember if my BD LED brake light/license plate holder were on the bike at the time or not.

So, 5 gallons x 6 lbs per gallon = 30; 320 - 30 - a couple more lbs should come out to...call it 287 or 288?

Gnarly yes our bikes are plated, they are heavier because of it.No battery though.294 lb dry or 134 kg.

My deal is weight loss and as far as i can tell i've taken off 11.5 lbs(5.2 kg).

I just put a modded aftermarket muffler(2.86kg) from a Ducati(it barks now) don't know the brand, it was half a lb(260 grams) lighter than the stock can with the tip drilled out and some baffles removed(3.06kg).

To get the real weight i've lost i need the weight of the stock standard muffler.

I think 6.2 may be the weight of the full exhaust and muffler,i may be wrong though .Max i couldn't read the little script on that link as i still haven't found my glasses.

Thanks for putting it in kg's .

This may seem a bit anal but i just want to know.
