the area i ride is owned by the forrestry commision and the friendly nod has been given when passing them.. unsure of the legals but all i will say is the police, commision have both spoken to me over the years... they only seem worried about pinched bikes, kids without good gear on... (tracksuits and helmet) up the woods. im fortunate to live at the base of the mountain and valley :thumbsup:
