neutral light indicator

hello

is there any way to put a neutral light indicator on the older wr/yz-400 1998/1999 thet have no bettery.

i just put the rekluse and it is herd to find the nutral.

You could. It would involve bringing a electrical source to a lamp (an LED is the best choice) and then from the lamp to ground via the blue wire to the neutral switch. However, I would either separate the entire circuit from the CDI by placing a diode in the line running from the lamp/blue wire junction back to the CDI, or just disconnect the CDI from the neutral switch.

That being said, having a lamp to tell you that you missed neutral is not going to make it very much easier to find. It sounds like your set up needs a little trimming.
