to jet or not to jet

I need some advice from guys with mods on their xr650L jetting.

till now I have an aftermarket filter, opened airbox and jet kit (2 sizes larger than stock), works well with stock pipe. I have now added a cam and need to know if I should rejet for use with only a stock pipe? I will install the aftermarket pipe for break in and rejet (4 sizes larger) for it, but I am pretty sure I'll need to change back to the stock pipe to ride local trails un-hassled. Any suggestions if a cam and stock pipe will need rejetting again? or leave it fat? :thumbsup:
