XR650R online manual error, pls read.

I was looking through the online 650R manual and came across a discrepency, it shows the downtube oil drain to be tightened to 29ft/lbs which seemed high to me, so I checked the factory small manual that came with the bike, it is a typo and the actual TQ is 19 ft/lbs, I know this doesn't mean much since that is likely a dry rating and even trying 19/ftlbs will likely strip it, I just did not want anyone who swears by TQ wrenches to try 29/ft lbs.

My 02' owners manual says 20 lb/ft for the downtube drain bolt.
