I uploaded some pics of the bike and some mods and such I did when we got home to my garage if'n you're interested in that sort of thing :bonk:

Of course it's supposed to rain this weekend :applause:

Anyway.. this was taken right before we made a break for it

NICE man. Did you put all that stuff on when you got home tonight? You went wrench happy, huh? :bonk::applause:

Dude

Since when does rain stop anyone from riding!?

Rain stops us here b/c the MX tracks arent open...

Kizzle, yeah i spent over 6hrs getting to know her and putting mods and such on her last night :bonk:

Today she gets a new front shoe - anyone want to buy a never-been-ridden on 739 :applause:

Must be nice to spend time with the new toy! I'm still waiting very impatientally for mine here in Pa. It was supose to be in on the 12th and still nothing. :bonk: I'll take the 739 if it comes with the bike. :applause:

You are in California. They are in Texas. Without drifting into any of the old "everything's big" jokes, the word "rain" means something different there than it does here.

I cant even tell you what a struggle that was to clean/service.

Nice bike, if I had the money I'd have one too. I pay for the shipping if you want to get rid of that tire???

So, what mods are you going to do to her? Just got mine last week and I only got the Boysen Quick shot on. I have my Super Motard stuff (wheels, handguards, etc.), but I am still waiting on an FMF pipe and my Twin Air Power Flo kit hasn't arrived yet.

This is my first Yamaha so, I am kinda not sure what to do. Any help would be great!

Click the my garage thing under my avatar and scroll down. What i have on her is listed and pics of a lot of the stuff.

<---

Up next - pro-action suspension revalve/respring after break in

I have tons of spare levers, so ill wait on the ASVs i guess.

I have a new FMF megabomb header, but I may sell it

Which dealer did you get the bike from? The wait is killing me.

Have fun.

Columbus Cycle got it for me. They sent a driver to Nacogdoches (sp?) to get it...

I checked out your garage. Nice bike. Cool seeing it all stripped down and looking sooo sooo clean.

The hour meter is something I hadn't heard of before. You have a link to a where I might buy and that has a description of it? Thanks!

hEY GREAT LOOKING BIKE.

Are those disk brakes aftermarket? what brand are those?

I am looking to buy one here in my country (PANAMA) but for some reason they dont get it here until march. I am trying to find a dealer in miami so I can buy it and bring it here on my own.... If you happen to know a dealer in miami that has one of this beauty´s in stock please let me know.

Best regards and merry christmas

I think it's an excellent assistant to your maintenance schedule. I have one on my '05 and I don't think I'll ever NOT have one again. It takes the guesswork out of it all. I got mine from Pit Posse, though it looks the exact same. $36 or so.

Thanks guys.... im pretty stoked, except that all the tracks are closed around here b/c of rain, so im cleaning my house rather than riding :bonk:

The brake rotors are galfer. Floating wave front and wave rear.

The hour meter i got from Sears - here's a link

:applause:
