Radiator Fins

Recommended Posts

You're serious, right?

The plastic covers are for protection only. They're supposed to deflect small debris and low flying aircraft from slamming into your radiators. Get some Devol guards (or other) if you're concerned about protecting your radiators. If you want more airflow, I suggest fabricating some big air scoops that mount on your helmet and channel the air down your shirt sleeves, bounce off the back of your handguards and into the radiators. Talk about ram-air induction! :applause: You would be the coolest racer at the track. :ride:?

Smart a$$ ??? Actually they do help funnel air across the radiator but you are better off running the Devol guards but the stock fins ARE BETTER THAN NOTHING, do not just take them off without replacing them with a suitable guard, (flatland, Devol, unabiker, etc....) :applause:
