Suspension problem

I was reworking my front forks valving according to the directions on the Pigpen site http://www.xr650r.us/forks/

I did the first fork went without a problem. But when I was drilling the valve holes out on the second fork I drilled slightly off center on one of the holes. It chipped away a very small section at he end of one of the holes. The chip was on the side of the valve that seats up to the valve shims. So now oil would be able to pass through that hole with out the valve shim flexing. I hope one of you suspension guys will know what I am talking about. Will this create an issue as to the functioning of the suspension on that fork? If so is there anyone out there who had their forks re-valved who might want to sell me a stock compression fork valve?

first edited it for me but, I have updated the page sense then and it

would be better to check out the new page.

I sent you a private message. Thank you very much for the help. I want the softer trail ride stack. I have a question. Is that softer trail ride shim stack on Eric's site equal to or better than the stock stack when it comes to bottoming out? If so that is all I need for now.

Send me your old one return postage and I'll send you one set up like the other one you already did. -> PM'd
