No. :banghead:

The YZ4xxF's have always rolled on Excels....

Yea, don't they all have excel rims? What about WR's? What do they have..?

Yep, that is what I was thinking...My 00 426 came with Excel's. Hopefully considering the price tag for the 06, it will come with an O/X'ring chain...

WR's have the Excel rims also.

WR's have the Excel rims also.

Nice, my X didn't come with anything good like that.. :banghead:

In the past every Yamaha came with them except the yz250f.

Also can anyone figure out how Rims and Bars cost 1200?

My '04 WR450 came with Excels as did my nephew's '03 and '05 YZ. Funny thing is my brother's '03 YZ250F didn't. I think the dealer switched them. :banghead:

The YZ250F has never come with Excels. Nobody switched.

even my 02 came /w/ tagoso's (sp?) ...(excell)

complete hubs, spokes, nipples and rims and like $1000 in us dollars even. and then the bars and oversized maoutns, and pad, that a easy 1200 CDN. it would acually be alot more. :banghead:

A motocross bike will never come with an O-Ring chain. Too heavy for MX.

They come stock on all WRF's, though.

Honestly, there isn't much a difference in quality between Excel and D.I.D wheels.

I would agree. As for all of them coming that way, I don't remember my 99' 400 coming that way. First year was the 00 426...

Keep in mind that you are not comparing apples and apples. The spokes, nipples and hubs are still OE and those fancy bars are only $80 at the shop... :banghead:

I can't agree with either of those statements. Excels are considerably stronger than DID's. As for the chain, how much do you think that 228 1/4" o-rings weigh, exactly? If you put them in a #10 envelope, the first good breeze would take them down the street. The Regine Pro non-sealed chain is 3.39 lbs/100 links, whereas the ORN is 3.6 lb/100. That's a 3 ounce difference.

are excel's really that good? just cracked my front excel rim, split along the seem which apparently is a common problem. i'd take DID's any day - easier to bend a rim back into shape than repair a crack/split :banghead:

Exactly. Excels are easier to break.

The wr250 came with DID rims. I think people just like brand names so thats

what yamaha is giving us.
