That explains why I've seen it often here. I just couldn't resist

About jetting: you don't jet to make the bike faster, you mod the bike by changing parts like pipe, cams, airbox etc. and then rejet it so that you benefit from the modifications and THEN it goes faster.

Finetuning your jetting without mods may only make the bike run cleaner, cooler, smoother and easier to start.

In order to evaluate the correctness of your jetting we need to know your current jetting, modifications, altitude, humidity and temperature. And still bikes are individuals; what is OK for me may not be OK for your bike.
