Need some basic jetting advice on an 05

What would you guys suggest I first try for jetting specs? Bike has had all the free mods done- stop, baffle, grey wire, air box cut, Quickshot- but the jetting is still stock. Will be riding at sea level and am looking at where to start. Thanks.

Buy a 48 pilot jet, #40 leak jet, and #72 starter jet from Yamaha

Buy an adjustable fuel screw from Zip-Ty racing ( remove the rubber plug and old screw in the bottom of your carb but keep the washer, spring and o-ring for the new screw)

Buy the JD jetting kit & AIS removal plugs from the TT store and start with:

165 main, Red needle clip #4 from the top, 48 pilot, 72 starter jet, #40 leak jet, Zip Ty screw at 1.5 turns out. AIS plumbing removed and the stock exhaust uncorked with a Pro-Moto Billet insert which you will need to buy to keep from being to loud.
