Top End Break-In ??

Quick question...

Since I mainly race MX, and since I have a brand new top end, and of course tonight is track night, what is a good piece of mind time frame I should take it easy on it before I really start rompin' on it...

I rebuilt mine last winter. First I got it hot idling, then shut it off and let it cool. Started it again, warmed it up and made sure it revved to the limiter. I don't think you have to be real easy on them.
