Jetting / Trail riding in Colorado

I think I have a jetting problem. I just bought the bike a couple weeks ago. I replaced the stock fuel screw with a Zip Ty fuel screw. Per the directions, set to 1 1/2 turns, move one direction, then the other until you find the least hesitation. Did that.

0 to 1/4 throttle, bike responds fine, just after 1/4 throttle bogs down and continues through 2/3 throttle, bike speeds up but still bogging. Kinda jerking back and forth. I'm thinking it's the needle jet, but I'm new to this.

I'm taking the bike in Friday to a local Yamaha shop and have them look at it.

For those of you in Colorado, what is your bike set up for? (Pilot jet, needle jet, jet needle etc) I'm looking to do trail rides in the Denver area, probably around 7000 to 8000 feet.
