won't start and back fires

I just rebuilt my gearbox(not by choice) and have put it all back together.

It isn't starting and backfires every once in a while.

I'm guessing the backfire means I have spark, but the backfire sounds like the cams may be off.

I went to Thumperfaq and did the YZ timing while it was apart and followed the instructions.

Anyone have an idea?

Never mind. I got it.

Well, what was the problem?...SC

I went back and reset the cams again.

The flywheel may have turned or something, but it fired first kick after the reset.

I rode it today and it sounds and runs good.
