New thermostat

After all the excitement about the crappy thermostats in the 650R I changed mine tonight.

First things first. I cracked open a beer. Mmmmmm beer.

Drained the rad fluid.

Pulled the thermostat.

Looks Good so far. Swap it out with the new one.

Mix up a 50:50 mix of coolant to distilled water.

Add the new fluid.

Save the extra for top up.

Check some torques.

Run a check on the old thermostat.

Mine was stuck open...what I did find though was that I had to adjust my clutch as because the engine ran hotter it was slipping under heavy acceleration...once done though its been fine since...so look out for that one perhaps...
