Query FMF "Q" slip on pipe

4 posts in this topic

Hello all,

I have bought a FMF "Q" slip on pipe. My question, is this a bolt on affair or will I have to do any mods to the carb. IE new jets or such like......

Cheers in advance.. John

You will need some adjustments. Jet-kit is just about mandatory. Look through the Jetting forum and do a search for your brand and jet or jetting, you should find out all you need.

you might want to think about an aftermarket air filter. you wont get the full effect of exhaust and jet/kit without an aftermarket air filter....the stock one sucks...

I disagree, the stock filters are pretty good.
