Went back to dirt mode. Managed to rip the rear tube twice now in two days. Rim Locks are now on order which I know I should have done in the first place. Also went ahead and ordered some new side panels and went with the xr600 flat one since I moved the battery to the air box.

C:\\Users\bigdaddypaul\My Pictures Hi from a newbie to this forum, this is my 3rd XR, had an old early eighties XR500, then an 80s XR600. Just got this 2008 XR650L with 2200 miles, added FMF power bomb header, FMF spark arrestor, Renthal bars, Moose hand guards, disc and fork protectors, Clarke 4.0 gallon tank, got a spare set of wheels with new Dunlop knobbies, IMS super stock pegs, a red oring chain. I look forwardd to using this site a lot, hope the photo shows up

Can somebody help me out with posting photos on here, it asks for a URL and I dont know how to find it? Thanks

Well, first your pictures have to make it onto the internet somehow. Many (like me) use free web picture hosting sites (Photobucket, etc.) to load pictures up from our personal computers. Once on the hosting site, you copy the "address" (also known as the URL) and paste it into a post, with the tag in front, and the tag at the end of the address (just like you tried in your first post). The key is having the picture somewhere on the internet.

Hope that was clear enough to understand... :excuseme:
