looking for yz 426 exaust

I am looking for a used muffler for a 2000 yz 426. I need something that would be legal to use in state and Federal Park.

I have a hardely used 2002 426 stock set up, pipe and hearder if you are interestred. It is not legal though in the FED PARKS! ?

my question is can I make it legal by adding a spark arest on the tip? and how much you sala it for?

I have one as well, off of an 02 426. Yes, you can add a Pro Moto Billet end cap with a 96db silencer and spark arrester. PM me if you are interested.

yeah Pro Moto's end cap silencer is on my buddys 426... about $119 to buy. Once you rivet the end cap on...it has some allen bolts you can take out, in order to take out the spark aresstor when needed...and then slip it back in when you want. And when this is installed you wont ever need to put your stock end cap back in.

My understanding is the earlier head pipes blocked access to the oil filter on the earlier years. Maybe someone can fill us in on which years to get so you don't have to loosen the head pipe to change the oil filter.

I have heard that from the 2000 426s. I have a 2001 YZ426 and do not have any problems getting to the oil filter with the header on.
