Is there lipstick on your pig?

Is there anybody that has gone well past the standard fix-em ups for the 650 and into the world of "blinging" the pig?

What you got on it for pure "bling"?

And pictures to prove it please.

F

I'll have pics uploaded of my bike soon. Everything is functional but does add bling.

NO, I bungee cord them to my front fender............. :naughty:

Zero bling on the XR.

When I bought it I even removed all the stickers (factory or otherwise).

The bike is what it is. Its performance can do the talking.

Tim

Can't see the bling anyways. :naughty:

I used the seal savers..........fork skins...... :naughty:

sorry, i dont get those fork skins...

they look like use condoms....

what wrong with the factory boots....

I actually like the forkskinz look. Plus it doesn't block 70% of your airflow to the radiators like the factory boots do. They also won't tear as easy as the stock boots will and allow water and dirt to enter your seals.

70% huh...........so at 40 mph my radiators are getting only 30% of air that they should be getting...wow.....its amazing that it dosent overheat.......honda really screwed us on that one....... im gonna go cut mine off right now!!!!!!!!

i think im gonna take the front fender off to... i heard that blocks alot of air too...

Ok.... What is the 2x4 thingy :D

por Why? Tire changing... inside joke... :naughty:

just curious... you can't learn if you don't ask..

ride on :naughty:

Hey man, I'm just trying to give my rationale for using them. If you look at your bike straight from the front the acordian style boots do block alot of air. Secondly, alot of companies are making fenders with holes in them to route air to the radiators. Cycra does it. Being from California(wide open riding) you may not understand where I'm coming from with this. But up here in the tight woods of New England, we need all the cooling we can get. And yes the pig does have a tendency to boil over.

The CR250R fender is nothing but, bling, I have after market fork boots; they are shorter and made out of rubber insted of plasic. Good for 200% more air flow allowing my 680cc engine to put out 28% more horsepower :naughty: I have all kinds of excuses to put, new stuff on my bike. It's all in fun and you are the one that rides that bike :naughty: I even have a nogoly hot wire. I don't think it does much but, I have one.

The Red rad hubs and Excel rims (now black) are bling so, is the shock sock.

I run an IRC Vulcanduro on the front and the big-assed knobs have ripped my stock boots up.

I ride it pretty hard so I figure they touch in full compression and thats what do de damage.

Where can I order a set of forkskinz?
