Question for XR650L Dave

You seem to have high knowledge on carbs. Thanks for all help with my 650L, I've got it dialed in perfectly. Did all the mods, and re jetted. My question is - do you have any experience with the XR400 02 carb. I was wondering if the same or similar process would work with it? In your opinion is it worth the risk? It has a terrible delay in the throttle. Thanks again for all the help.

XR400 carb doesn't have the vacuum slide, its a whole different beast.

The XR400 is best done according to the 'gordon mods', search this site, the internet, and over at www.4strokes.com
