Torque specs needed for rotors/sprocket

Can anybody give me the torque specs for front and rear rotors, plus the rear wheel sprocket? Thanks. Oh, and would this be a lock-tite application?

It will be hard to get an accurate torq reading with the "blue" loctite you will be using.

Rotor: Just snug them up tight with a 1/4" ratchet.

Sprocket: Will be steel on steel, you can crank them down.

For XR650R.

Front and rear Rotors. 14 ft/lbs with blue locktite.

Rear sprocket. 31ft/lbs. No locktite.

Thank you.

Torque the hell out of the rear sprocket. 31ft lbs...sheesh. Try the 31ft. lb's then check it by hand, you'll be amazed at how loose it really is. One thing the manual doesn't take into effect is stretching, warping etc. The contours of the bike do change even after the first ride. However they may be minimal but one thread on a bolt is....minimal too.
