stock BRP tires?

Has it always been IRC's? I'm asking cause I picked up a low mileage BRP w/ Kenda Carlsbads. I was just wondering if possibly they could be stock?

Mine had Dunlops,..I believe 739...

Here in the US I think the bikes come with Dunlops (mine has a 739 on the front and a 695 on the rear). I seem to remember a review by an Australian guy that mentioned the bike he was riding was equipped with IRC's(TR8's?).

I think all Honda's come with Dunlops, mine had 756's on it.

All Hondas is the states may come with Dunlops but definitely not in the rest of the world. I have owned lots of Hondas and there is all sorts fitted as standard. Michelin / Pirelli, all sorts. I had a CB1300 last year and it came with Michelin Macadams but a mate had one with Pirelli tyres on, same year bike.

On the XR650R, mine came with IRC TR8 tyres, so did the last one I had which was a 2002 bike. Both were brand new bikes. But I have heard of different tyres fitted in France.

My xr650r came with a dunlop 739 on the front and a 695 on the rear the 695 is a good tire but that front 739 will get you killed in the mud it is slicker than whale crap on ice so i changed it and put on a pereli M 32 It doesn't load up with mud.

My 2000 and my 2002 both bought off the showroom floor came with Dunlop front K490 and rear 695. Dunlop has quit production of the 695.
