Correct Oil For 02 426, Castrol GPS?

4 posts in this topic

Hello, Just wanted to check if anyone has used Castrol GPS oil in their bike.

This is the Spec on the oil...

4-Stroke Oil, 10W-40

Offers continuous protection with synthetic active protection molecules

Castrol Act >evo 4T is a premium quality 4-Stroke motorcycle engine oil, that offers continuous protection of the engine. 'Synthetic Active Protection Molecules' form a film that clings to the engine and transmission parts, even when the engine is turned off, ensuring continuous protection upon starting and warm-up. Application: Castrol Act>evo 4T is suitable for all makes of motorcycle 4-Stroke engines running on leaded or unleaded gasoline including multi-cylinder, multi-valve, air or water-cooled sports or race replica models.

Synthetic Based - Exceeds API SG, JASO MA

I Know there can be issues with Synthetic oils with bikes with wet clutches...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for the help.
