I love new parts!

Me too! See your in AZ. I'm in Tucson but will travel to ride new places. How bout you? ?

I mostly ride local to Phoenix.

But I do get around.

Been to Ocotillo Wells a few times and down to the dunes at Gordons Well.

Too much stuff local to justify heading south or north this time of year.

I plan on heading north this summer with the family to ride/escape the heat. ?

I have a Devol rear rotor gaurd and it works great. I was thinking about getting the front rotor gaurd, but was told that it traps alot of dirt and mud which can harm the rotors & brake pads.

Anyone experience this?

I see how that could happen in muddy conditions.

I ride 99% desert in Arizona so there is not much mud.

It is really open on the inside so it looks like it will be very easy to clean.

Only ridden it once since installation.

I'll chime in later if I experience differently.

Dude, what kinda chain is that? It looks like there are holes through the middle of the inner plates?

I believe it's a primary drive o-ring from rocky mountain? They say the hole are suppose to help clean debrie from the chain.

I am in need of a new chain soon and have been looking at the o-ring primary drive chain how's it hold up? I have used their steel sprockets with good results but haven't tried their chains.

Picked it up from Rockymountainmc.com and it works great.

Couldn't beat the price! $54.99

Steel Kit & O-Ring Chain, Yamaha WR426F 01-02 PART# SK1629

This included the chain and sprockets.

We'll see how long it lasts! ?
