:p:D:)

HI GUYS,

ALL OF YOU WHO READ MY FIRST THREAD WITH THE XR600 ENGINE JAM PROBLEM. WELL, THE PROBLEM WAS A VALVE(S) WAS HITTING THE PISTON. I TORE APART THE TOP END OF MY MOTOR ONLY TO FIND THAT MY VALVE TIMING WAS WAY OFF. SO I SIMPLY RE-ADJUSTED THE VALVE TIMING BY MOVING THE CAM SPROCKET ON THE TIMING CHAIN. I THREW IT BACK TOGETHER STARTED IT UP AND IT RUNS GREAT! :):D

I TALKED TO MANY GUYS ABOUT IT AND THE REASON THE

ENGINE JAMMNED UP WAS THAT I WAS KICKING THE ENGINE OVER HARD AND NUMEROUS TIMES WHILE HAVING THE DECOMPRESSION LEVER PULLED, THAT'S A BIG NO NO FOR XR BIKES. :D SO LEARNED MY LESSON. I'M SO PUMPED FOR RIDING!!!!:D

SO, ALL YOU GUYS OUT THERE WITH XR BIKES......

NEVER PULL THE DECOMPRESSION LEVER WHEN KICKING YOUR BIKE COMPLETELY % !!! :o

OR YOU COULD BE IN SOME TROUBLE!!!! ;)

THANKS GUYS FOR YOUR HELP! :D

Eh, I'm glad you fixed it, but I doubt that caused your problem. Lots of people, including me, kick their bikes over with the decomp lever pulled to clear a flooded engine. Also, your Caps Lock is stuck..
