fmf factory 4 or pro circuit t4 on my 03' yz450f

8 posts in this topic

They're nearly identical in performance. The test I have on an '03 showed the PC had a 1/2 hp more 500 rpm later than the FMF , but the FMF was stronger low and midrange, and actually had a little more at 10,500 and 11,000. Both put about two over the stock exhaust.

That said, I like my FMF Ti 4 a lot. :)

All things being equal I would go with the FMF. However, www.Motosport.com is having a huge sale on the White Bros Carbon Pro complete Carbon Fiber Ti system for $500 and $350 for the Al Ti system!

I have the FMF and love it. It sort of smoothens out the power of the bike. Havent tried the other systems though.

which would be a better exhaust system for my yz450f. the factory 4 with a powerbomb header, or the pro circuit t4 system?

better in regards to what??? They are both similar in power.....what are you trying to accomplish?

For max power gains the White Bros Alum Race Series and or Carbon Pro is the way to go and for 350.00/500.00 for the complete system you can not beat this price anywhere. Motosports outlet.

The new '05 model of the FMF pipes will ship in about a week. They are on eBay now...will ship when they are released. FMF Factory 4.1 Carbon & 4.1 Titanium full systems. Auctions are $620 for the Carbon and $540 for the Ti.

Bottom Drawer acing

Same seller can get '05 White Brothers Carbon Pro II and Aluminum exhausts also. The $500/$350 White Brothers pipes are last years models on clearance....still a good deal though.
