Anyone know where I can find a cutaway view of the carb on my 450? Also any instructions on tuning etc...

You can start with the Yamaha Online Parts Catalog for the exploded view, & I just happen to have scanned the Carb Tuning section of my '04 Service Manual (right click & "savefileas"). Please note that these scans do not include the pages dealing with adjusting the accelerator pump arm, located in a different section of the manual, as I haven't had a chance to scan that part yet.
