fuel mixture screw out or in for colder temps?

sorry but i am rookie when it comes to wrenching, it has turned cold in nc and my bike seems to be idling higher due to the temps and not starting on the first kick as it normally does, out or in for the cooler temps on the fuel mixture screw 03 yz450

On these carbs it's a "fuel" screw, so out for a richer mix (out for colder temps). If youi can't get enough adjustment with the fuel screw then you may need to go up a size or two on the pilot jet.
