cam chain tensioner 2k2 426

Yes, the cam chain tensioner is self-adjusting. However, the tensioner is a weak link and should be replaced whenever the cam chain is replaced.

Get the service manual out.

When you replace it, install one off the 03+ 450s. They are shorter to get you more clearance under the carb so it is easier to rotate.

Yep got a shop manual on the way, from a TTer in michigan i think. Anyhow thanks and good riding this weekend all.:cry:
