450F side panels?

8 posts in this topic

I know in the past that you could get different color side panels, fork guards, and numberplates for yamahas. I can't seem to find them now. Does anyone know who manufactures something other than white? I need yellow for racing the B class in the GNCC series and hate how the backgrounds look after a few races in rough conditions. Thanks for any help!

Have you tried your local dealer most aftermarket plastic brand make all plastics in different colours. You can not use Yz side covers on a WR as WRs have side filter acess and Yzs dont

Go to oneindustries.com and you'll find a hurricane kit. But the side panels aren't yellow.

I had a similar problem with backgrounds and ended up buying white plastic and using Krylon Fusion spray paint for the backgrounds. It holds up pretty well, and if you ding it up, you can touch it up. Make sure you start with brand new plastic if you go this route, because the paint just doesn't stick as well to old plastic.

xcracer123,

Go to SoCal Decal. They can make up your numbers with any colored background you need to include Yellow.

The link to their web page is: http://www.decalmx.com/index2.ihtml

I've used them in the past and the have a great product and a fast turn-around on your order.

Tom
