What the diff between stock fuel tank and aftermarket one like clarke?

Both are plastics , So why should one buy aftermarket ?

Which colors stock comes in (Never had YZ  )

Clarke sells larger sizes. But if you are looking at the stock size one, I do not know of any difference. But it does come in other colors.

Which colors does stock comes in?

Blue!

My YZ450F had a 1.8 galon blue tank, now it has a 2.8 galon clarke on it, cause that range with 1.8 was not great.

The earlier YZFs had issues with the gas tanks cracking and the clarke was a LOT thicker and more heavy duty. Replaced my cracked stocker with a clark and have been happy ever since. The color was a perfect match!

aftermarket ones are cheeper

Same here - stay away from OEM on the 00-02 426's.
