Brightest headlight bulb for '86 XR6 ?????

What is the brightest bulb I can run in my '86 XR600 with no modifications?

I don't think you can go anybrighter than a 55/60 wat without a stator rewind.

This isn't the answer you're looking for but it just reminded me of my xr600 while replacing my bulb. Alot of auto stores carry the exact bulb for around $5.00. It may come with a different end (flat instead of round) but it worked great at about 1\3 the price. I had an 86 xr600 for 10 years.
