Rejet for cold?

Do you guys find it needed to rehet your bikes when the temp gets way down low..or do you just put them away for the winter..lol Just looking at these jetting charts shows a difference with required jet sizes with temp extremes. So in an area where the temp can vary between 100 and zero, should you just jet for the average, or jet it on the rich side and just be grateful for the extra power when it gets cold? My guess is that would be the safer thing to do.

I live at 4700 ft, and during the winter just go one heat range hotter on the plug, even when it's below freezing...
