YZF clutch springs in a WR426?

Has anyone replaced their WR clutch springs with YZF ones? I read on ThumperFAQ's about doing this mod but can't find any info on doing this to a WR426. If so, does anyone have the part numbers, did it make a difference?

The stange thing is that when I ordered new springs for my old wr426 2002 they came much shorter than the ones in the bikes ?
