Changing Tires

6 ply rear tires are not fun to work on. If it is possible take them to your motorcycle service department, they have a tire changing machine for a reason. Otherwise purchasing a set of 16" motion pro tire irons will give you the leverage that you need.(http://www.motionpro.com/tiretools.html)

It took me thirty minutes to change the 756 on the back of my bike. I only had one tire iron, and I hold the rest of the tire down with my knees. The modern tires are A LOT stiffer than the older 18" ones, but they are no where near impossible. Every off road rider should know how, and be able to change a tire. If ya get stuck somewhere, where ya need to have air in the tire to get home, youll be able to do it without the forestry service having to come rescue your dumb lame ass.
