Speaking of shoulders. My friend and I just went out last saturday to the desert and tried out his 02 cfr450f and my yz400f. Had a blast cept he took a jump and washed out the front tire. Fell on hard ground covered with gravel and broke 7 ribs, collar bone in 3 places, and his scapula, (shoulder blade)Doc said he'd of had to landed pretty hard to break his shoulder blade. It's a huge bone.

Guess it could happen anytime...even your first day out if your not careful.

Ride safe!
