James Dean jetting

I posted this once a few weeks back, but the TT format changed and I cannot find the original post.

Anyway, I had purchased the JD jet kit, but I am not sure what needle to go with. I live near raleigh, North Carolina and ride elevations from sea level to 2500 feet. It is hot here in the summer, so what needle do I go with. Should I start with the red or blue needle? Also, what clip position would you recommend? I have changed my MAJ and PAJ, do I need to change them back to stock? I also ride in Eastern Ohio and West Virginia, how much will this affect my performance changing temperature levels between here and there?

Blue needle, 3rd clip, and follow the instructions regarding the pilot and main. You want to put this up in the jetting forum also. I am in so cal and pretty much am at the same altitude as you....Hope this helps
