xl 600r carb tuning help.

1 post in this topic

If anyone can help I just picked up an 86 xl600r 2 carbed oh my. first question is the rt. carb delayed opening. I cleaned the carbs, but still have an off idle bog. The plug electrode is tan, but outer ring is black. Im thinking the pilot-62 is too big. The mains are 118 and to top it off I live at 8300ft.Also is that a fuel screw lft. carb engine side in front of float chamber, I found mine siliconed so it cant move. Any help for a 70ies era flattracker, thanks sman.
