Just make sure you have a spark arrester. Used to live in Clear Lake. Moved here so I could ride more.

Also you may have to adjust your carb jetting to account for the elevation.

For your 426, at least put on a leaner main jet, like a 162, or be prepared to change a fouled plug every couple hours. Don't know about your other bike. Spark arrestors! (we've got this little forest fire problem this summer). What part of CO. you riding?
