I am having real trouble with Arm pump when on the MX track. I can trail ride, hill climb, etc. all day, but 15-20 minutes of Moto and I am through! I am in good shape, work out the forearms, etc., but am really not that competitive because of my darn arms! I don't recall arm pump being this much of a problem when I was younger (32 now). I am curious about how many others out there share this affliction and what if anything they have done to help with the problem.
