Is a 98 zy400f cylinder the same as a 00 wr400f

I hope so as I just bought one for a big bore kit?

Also I'm gonna try to put an 04 yz450 shock and linkage on the same 00wr.

Anyone know if it will work, I know the shock is longer and the linkage is different, but I wonder if it will work together?

What big bore kit you going with?

The best route that I've heard, is take a 426 cylinder, bore it out 2mm to 444cc and replated

then take your crank, and have a 426 rod put on it, and use a standard 426cc 2mm over piston

that's what I have, 13:1 mad power, only I use a standard 400 rod, with a custom piston
