WR400 .. difference between 1998 and 1999

Is there much difference between the 1998 and the 1999 WR400 ?? ... if so please reply with what they are ... thanx

Here is a quick list of the improvements made to the 99 that I can think of:

1) Excel rims

2) Thinner and larger rear brake rotor 240mm from 220mm

3) Rear hub has less weight

4) Slightly lighter swing arm

5) More durable kick-starter

6) Improved water pump impeller shaft and seal configuration

7) Bosses in right case removed (for auto decompression assy or electric start – does anybody really know what this was going to be used for?)

8) Valve springs slightly longer with slightly a reduced k coefficient

9) Carb has reworked low speed passages for improved starting and throttle response

10) Hot start knob is a little shorter and red

11) Foot peg mounts relocated

12) Shock/fork valving changed and other internal tweaks
