1984 Honda Xr200r engine noise

Can anybody help me with this noise? I have the valves in spec.

decompression lever? really sounds like a loose valve though. it didn't run out of oil did it?

No not the lever I tried that already. It has oil in it and it's getting to the top end. When you say loose valve what does that mean? Thanks.

valve clearance is what is usually meant by loose valve.  though you say that is in spec.

Does the noise change if you move the kickstart lever?

Get the valves checked by someone who really knows what they are doing just to make sure. Or Maybe a bad rocker arm
