07 yfz won't start

I was out riding at my practice track when for some weird reason my wiring harness caught my chain and shredded it. I put a new oem harness on and hard wired my stator into my harness (which I have done before). Now when I go to start it with the push button it won't even turn over or crank when I use a screw driver to jump the solenoid I have spark and it will crank but just not fully start. I checked over all my wires and all grounds everything seems to be hooked up I used a multi meter I check my battery the neutral relay. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?
