To anyone who has written Yamaha regarding key failure...

I wrote Yamaha a letter (to the Customer Relations Dept in Cypress, CA ) on February 27 regarding my three key failures and asking them to upgrade my bike with '04 parts. I'm just wondering how long it takes to hear back from them (probably to tell me my bike is the only failure they've heard of so buzz off).

Has anyone written them and received a reply? How long did it take?

Only Eugene_OR has beeen lucky enough to get the parts for free! The rest of us paid for our 04 parts. :)
